AI Transparency

Last updated: 11 July 2026

Luvelano Studio generates product imagery using artificial intelligence. This page explains what that means and what to keep in mind when you publish the images.

The images are AI-generated

Every image you create in Luvelano — packshots, lifestyle scenes, images featuring a model and scene reference images — is produced by an AI model. The human models you compose are entirely fictional people: they are not based on any real person and do not depict a specific individual.

Every image is machine-readable marked

Each generated image is automatically given an invisible, machine-readable marking (the international IPTC standard DigitalSourceType = trainedAlgorithmicMedia). This makes the image recognisable to platforms and tools as AI-generated. This is the marking obligation for providers under Article 50 of the EU AI Act.

Your responsibility when publishing

Do you use a photorealistic AI image in advertising or on your webshop? Then, as the advertiser, you are responsible for disclosing that the image was created with AI wherever that is required — among others under the EU AI Act (deployer obligation) and the Dutch Advertising Code. Luvelano helps you with an optional visible "AI-generated" label that you can add to the image on download.

What happens with your data

Your product photos are processed by our AI provider (fal.ai) in order to generate images. The models you save stay within your own account. See our Privacy Policy for the full description.
